The 2020 Annual Meeting was held “Virtually”

The Annual Meeting of Lot Owners of The Kensico Cemetery took place on Thursday, October 29, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. Because of the pandemic, we changed the Meeting format and participation was exclusively by electronic means. The packet of materials we traditionally place at each seat for the Annual Meeting is posted below. During the Annual Meeting Zoom presentation, reports were given by the President and Board Member Richard Schnall, the election of four Directors was held, and time was allotted to take questions from our online participants who joined us from across the country.

Registration information and instructions were mailed with the proxy to Lot Owners on September 14, 2020.
